2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, you must notify our support team immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

3.1 Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
- There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional information may be requested for large amounts as part of a security check.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit and to your own account.
- Withdrawals may be held until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳6,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, meaning the total balance will be ৳11,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met to release the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined. You must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = after placing ৳20,000 in bets, bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Other Bonus Terms
- Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used for betting or playing games.
- If bonus abuse is detected from the same IP address, device, or payment method, the bonus will be cancelled.

Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Live Betting
Odds in live betting can change rapidly. If the odds change between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is confirmed in the system, 10bed reserves the right to accept or reject the bet at the updated odds.
